1.Your details for shipping are receiver’s full name, address and phone number. Please be informed that we only can ship the wedding dress by ZIP CODE address, PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.

2.We will ship the wedding gown within 1 work days after finishing making, and we will tell you the tracking numbers for you to track on the specific website by yourself.

3.If your wedding dress can not be shipped normally or delivered normally, you will be contacted by email and informed the reason for delay.

4.We are not responsible for customs taxes, so if your local customs or courier informs you that you need to pay for taxes, you should pay for the taxes.
